  1. You have read and agree to abide by the Constitution and Terms of Conduct.
  2. As a member of the Wu Shi Taiji Quan & Qi Gong Association you accept full responsibility for any and all damages, injuries or losses that you may sustain or incur while practising Taiji Quan and Qi Gong. You also waive all claims against any individuals, instructors of the Wu Shi Taiji Quan & Qi Gong Association. All members of the Wu Shi Taiji & Qi Gong Association are required to have member to member insurance cover and instructor insurance if acting as an approved instructor. Insurance is arranged by the Association. For your safety, please consult your physician before practising Taiji Quan and/or Qi Gong.
  3. You have (or will) let your instructors know if you have any medical conditions and, if needed, you have confirmed with your physician that Taiji is a suitable practice for you. If you change instructor, you will ensure that they are aware of these.
  4. You understand that if you have, or suspect you have, a communicable infection that you should not attend class until you are better unless agreed with your instructor. You acknowledge you come to class at your own risk. You agree to follow all public health guidelines and any further measures implemented by WSTQA in the event that these are required.
  5. As a member, you agree to the Wu Shi Taiji Quan & Qi Gong Association holding your name, date of birth and contact details. This information will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be sold. It may be shared with third parties in accordance with our privacy policy and to provide you with information and/or services directly relating to your study and practice of Taiji Quan and Qi Gong and/or your membership of the Association. This includes the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts (BCCMA) to arrange insurance and AWeber for email communications.   6. As part of your registration you will be asked if you want to opt in to receive Association marketing materials. If at any time you wish to withdraw or add your consent and/or have your personal information deleted from our database, please write to michael@wustyle.uk.com.
